ANNUAL REPORT

As required by law, the Governing Board (GB) has prepared and adopted its annual activity report to be submitted to the school board by October 31, 2011. As well, a financial report must be completed by the treasurer and approved by the governing board, and submitted by June 30, 2011. This year’s reports are included in the GB’s public records. It also contains a GB Attendance Record to assist the school community in the election and selection of members to sit on the GB. As well, a copy of this annual report is made available to all parents who attend the general assembly of parents for the purpose of electing Governing Board members.
