My mandate as Spirit Community Animation at Laurier Macdonald is to broaden the minds of our young men and women through mentorship programs, spiritual exercises, intergenerational projects, cultural exchanges, organized visits to the poor and caring for the sick. My goal is to build awareness of the importance of humanitarian behaviour in everyday life so that they can ultimately internalize the importance of their place in society and the impact they have on others.

With the use of nondenominational spiritual exercises and community service, I will allow high school students the opportunity to discern the depths of their spiritual existence through the work of goodwill and interaction with others. It will allow them to experience real life situations that will foster self-esteem, self-awareness, and appreciation for culture in their community.
